Gary W. Springstead

Gary W. Springstead, age 66, of Wellsboro, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 9, 2023, at his residence, with his loving wife, Wendy, by his side. Born September 16, 1956, in Tacoma, Washington, he was the son of the late Bertin Springstead and Elaine Springstead, who survives.

Gary drove trucks nationally for Inside Sales and Service Contracting as his primary occupation. He really enjoyed the scenic outdoor views his Tioga County home provided. As a nature lover, he loved being outdoors and observing the local wildlife. Gary also enjoyed the cowboy lifestyle, frequently sharing the culture with his grandkids in the form of cowboy hats, boots, and apparel. Gary’s faith in Christ grew as he aged and he enjoyed any form of worship, but especially Christian music concerts.
