Randy Penn Neal

Randy Penn Neal, age 50, of Elkhart, IN, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, in Elkhart, IN. Born March 19, 1972, in Blossburg, PA, he is a son of Gerald R. Neal and the late Annabelle (Johns) Neal.

Randy ran the warehouse for the Sherwin Williams Paint Store in Elkhart, IN, and took great pride in his work, recently receiving and Outstanding Employee Award for safety. He had a keen eye for detail and enjoyed detailing vehicles along with shooting archery for sport. His two cats were cherished and well taken care of, one as his personal service animal. Randy valued time spent with his family and would often return home to Pennsylvania to visit them.

Left to cherish his memory are his father, Gerald Neal (Linda Turner), of Painted Post, NY; siblings, Donna (James) Townsend, of Lindley, NY, Bill Neal, of Elkhart, IN, Jan (Chris) Neal, of Elkland, Sheila (Matthew) Yungwirth, of Mansfield, and Carol Neal, of Lindley, NY; uncle, Robert (Michele) Neal, of Hertferd, NC; four step-siblings; several nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.

In addition to his mother, Randy was preceded in death by three brothers, James, Dale and David.
